PCN Issued In Error at Winfred's Lane Junction

We have learnt that a local resident was issued an erroneous PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) resulting from the traffic monitoring cameras at the Winifred's Lane/Cavendish Road/Sion Hill junction.

The driver was apparently driving from Sion Hill West into Sion Hill East but was still issued a PCN. Therefore it appears that the PCN was issued in error.
