1.    When people sign up to our newsletter
2.    When people complete a survey or form on the website.

In all circumstances we collect the minimum amount of data required.

We collect contact information when people wish to join our newsletter. This is to allow us to send those people newsletters and will not be used for any other reason. By signing up to the newsletter the individual consents to receive communications from the Heart of Lansdown Conservation Group.

The personal data that we collect when people complete surveys or submit a form is for specific purposes.

All contact details are stored securely and are available to a limited number of Heart of Lansdown Conservation Group members in order to pursue our campaign and are never passed on to 3rd-parties.
