We need your help to fund the second legal challenge against the B&NES Council’s LTN policy for Lower Lansdown.

Specifically to argue that the process they followed in making the decision regarding the Winifred's Lane TRO was flawed and went directly against the wishes of over 72% of residents in the affected area.

 

The road is now less safe for all users and cars are being sent past 2 junior schools, dangerous blind bends as well as social housing. Over an extra 1000 vehicles per day are going up Sion Hill and northbound up Sion Road.

 

The decision made no sense and was driven by political dogma rather than reality. We aim to demonstrate this to the High Court and have the scheme finally removed.
