We have learnt that a local resident was issued an erroneous PCN (Penalty Charge Notice) resulting from the traffic monitoring cameras at the Winifred's Lane/Cavendish Road/Sion Hill junction. The driver was apparently driving from Sion Hill West into Sion Hill East but was still issued a PCN. Therefore it appears that the PCN was issued in error. B&NES have acknowledged that they made an error in the papers circulated for the proposed pedestrian improvements on Sion Road. The error related to the drawings that were part of the papers. The HoLCG Public meeting on Wednesday June 17th was well-attended.
